I have experimented with every possible training system and diet under the sun because the desire to get bigger has always been an obsession of mine for as long as I can remember. You see, when I was young, I was always the weakest, scrawniest kid around. I was the one who always got made fun of, who always got picked last in gym class or on the playground and who always got bullied by all the bigger kids. But still I was pathetically small and weak.
While I was busting my ass in the gym I was also trying every single diet I could find. I did high carbs, low carbs, and no carbs. I tried high fat and low fat, high protein and low protein.
